Legal identification

These terms govern private transfer bookings made through Airport Transfers Marbella (airport-transfers-marbella.com).

Booking and price

The price shown when booking is fixed and includes standard luggage, waiting time as described on the site and VAT. Motorway tolls are not included: the standard route is the toll-free A-7 and, if the passenger asks for the AP-7, the toll is paid separately. It does not change for night, weekend or holiday travel. Payment is made to the driver on arrival in cash or by card, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when you receive our confirmation email. If we cannot provide the service we inform you immediately and no charge applies.

Waiting time and delays

At the airport we track your flight and include 60 minutes of free waiting after landing. At other pickup points the free waiting time is 15 minutes. Longer waits may be charged at the rate stated in your confirmation.

Cancellation and changes

You can modify or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the pickup time using the link in your confirmation email or by writing to info@airport-transfers-marbella.com. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full fare.

Passengers and luggage

Vehicle capacities are indicated on the site. Child seats are provided free of charge when requested. Passengers are responsible for their belongings; we are not liable for items left in the vehicle.

Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or force majeure. Our liability is limited to the price of the transfer.

Law

Spanish law applies. Disputes are subject to the courts of Málaga, Spain.
