Airport Transfers Marbella processes the personal data you provide in the booking form (name, email, phone, flight and addresses) only to organise and confirm your transfer, send you the related emails and comply with legal obligations.

Legal basis and retention

The legal basis is the performance of the contract you request. Booking data is kept for the time required by Spanish tax and transport regulations and then deleted.

Recipients

Your data is shared only with the driver assigned to your transfer and with our email provider to send confirmations. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@airport-transfers-marbella.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
