The booking form covers most journeys, but some things are easier to sort by email or phone: a route that is not listed, a group on several flights, an invoice for a company, or a question about access to a particular estate. How to reach us and when we answer
Email is the best channel for anything that needs a written quote, and we reply within the hour during the day and a little more slowly at night; the same address handles changes to existing bookings. The phone number on this page connects you to the office and, out of hours, to the driver on duty, so use it for anything happening today. On the day of travel your confirmation email also has the direct number of your driver.
What to include in your message
For a quote we need the pickup and drop-off addresses, the date, the flight number or the time you want to be collected, the number of passengers and a rough idea of the luggage, especially golf bags or pushchairs. Add child seats with the ages of the children, and the villa or urbanisation name if you are going to a gated estate. With that, we can answer with a single fixed price instead of a list of questions.
Groups, events and companies
For weddings, golf societies, incentive trips and conferences we plan the whole arrival: several vehicles, staggered flights, one contact person and one price for the group. Companies with regular travellers can ask us about invoicing and leave a list of their usual addresses on file, so each new booking is one line by email. Hotels and villa agencies that want to offer transfers to their guests are welcome to write to us as well.
