Three vehicle types, all Mercedes-class and all driven by our own team. The choice depends less on how many of you there are than on what you carry: golf bags, pushchairs and large cases fill a boot faster than people fill seats. Below is honest guidance on what fits where, so you do not end up with a suitcase on your lap.
Golf bags, pushchairs and awkward luggage
Golf bags travel free in every vehicle, but they need length: one bag fits in the sedan only if a rear seat folds, so for two or more we recommend the estate or minivan. Pushchairs fold and go in any boot; tell us if it is a large travel system so we plan the space. Bicycles in boxes, surfboards and ski bags for the Sierra Nevada need the minivan and a note in the booking. If in doubt, list your luggage in the notes and we choose the vehicle with you.
Child seats fitted before we leave
We carry rear-facing baby seats for the first year, forward-facing seats for children of one to four and boosters for older children. They are free, they are fitted in the vehicle before the driver leaves for the airport, and you can request up to three in the form. Spanish law requires them for children under 135 cm, so please do not plan to hold a baby on your lap; the driver cannot leave the airport that way.
Groups over eight
For nine or more people we assign two or more vehicles, usually minivans, priced as separate transfers with the same fixed rate each. The drivers coordinate so both cars leave the airport together and arrive at the hotel within minutes. For weddings, golf societies and incentive groups, send us the passenger list and flight times and we come back with one quote for the whole party.
